Overview

The International Society for Iranian Culture (ISIC) is a cultural and educational society, which was established in New York as of 2002, and operates as a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization committed to augmenting common understanding of Iranian identity in the United States by providing cultural experiences that connect American society with the rich heritage of Persia. ISIC promotes cultural dialogue and mutual understanding. A key assumption that underlies the policies of ISIC is that the most important efforts to improve relations among nations are those that seek systematic and sustainable communication and dialogue.
